Halfords Careers is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for Halfords Garage Services. You will welcome customers, manage bookings in the in-house system, and address technical questions in a busy fusion centre environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with less than 9 points; role includes vehicle collection/delivery.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face for customers, handling job bookings in the in-house system.
• Discuss technical concerns with customers.
