Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet customers, manage bookings in our in-house system, and address any technical concerns they raise. You will play a key role in delivering top-tier service and supporting the team in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Candidates should have a proven customer service background, be IT literate, and comfortable working toward targets. Ideally with Autocentre exposure and a full UK driving licence with few points.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate with ability to use in-house systems.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driver's licence with fewer than 9 points.
