Job summary

Halfords in Portsmouth, Hampshire is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet customers and book jobs in our in-house system, discussing technical concerns as needed.

The role is full-time at 14,500£ base with an uncapped monthly bonus; on-target earnings up to 15,500£. 5 days a week / 22 hours per week, centre open except Sunday.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
• Experience working towards and achieving targets
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment
• Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles

Responsibilities

• Handle job bookings in our in-house system and discuss any technical concerns with customers.
