Job summary

Halfords is expanding its Autocentre team in Cambridge. The Customer Service Advisor will welcome customers, manage bookings in our in-house system and discuss technical concerns with customers.

The role includes driving duties with a full licence and contributing to a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment. The package includes a base salary of £31,000-£34,000 with On-Target Earnings up to £33,900, plus an uncapped monthly bonus of around £2,900 per year.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
• IT literate
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
• Experience working towards and achieving targets
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment
• Must have a full driving licence with fewer than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles

Responsibilities

• As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have.
• Support customers with service bookings and provide explanations on vehicle maintenance and repair needs
