What You Will Do

• Drive revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities to expand current pharma accounts and onboarding new global Life Sciences clients.
• Lead commercial negotiations and partner with the Business Unit Director on accurate sales planning and forecasting for large-scale AI transformations.
• Translate complex data science and machine learning concepts into compelling business use cases for C-suite stakeholders and senior budget holders.

The ideal candidate

• Brings a proven track record in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, IQVIA, or ZS) with deep expertise in the Life Sciences or Pharma sectors.
• Demonstrates experience leading and selling large-scale AI or digital transformation projects that delivered measurable commercial impact.
• Possesses strong leadership skills with a background in coaching cross-functional teams of delivery and engagement specialists to excellence.
