My client, a leading IT Solutions provider, is seeking to recruit a Desktop Support Engineer to join an ever-growing Customer Support Function. This client has more than 10,000 employees worldwide and supports a large number of Enterprise Customers. The ideal candidate will:

• Own, investigate, and resolve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and utilizing troubleshooting tools and practices.
• Participate in communities with peer delivery roles and share knowledge where appropriate.
• Develop technical and professional skills through training and readiness to resolve customer issues.
• Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.
• Communicate fluently in English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Have 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Have strong knowledge of Office 365 technology and Office Setup & Deployment processes.
• Be proficient with Office Core applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, InfoPath, Access.
• Understand Office integration with platforms such as Windows, network shares, mobiles, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Additional or preferred qualifications include:

• Relevant Microsoft Technology Certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Background in technical consulting or IT experience is a plus.
