Job summary

Waitrose & Partners is looking for Customer Delivery Drivers in the UK. You’ll bring Waitrose quality to customers at their doors and support the shop team with daily tasks when not on the road.

Must be 18+ (as per role), hold a full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 points, and have strong customer service and time-management skills. The role offers flexible working patterns and a friendly, partner-led environment.

Qualifications

• Full valid UK manual driving licence (B category) with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Physically able to lift crates and move cages.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
• IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Check daily delivery routes.
• Load and prepare the van for deliveries.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and ensure road compliance.
• Represent the Waitrose brand with high customer service.
• Assist customers and build rapport.
• Support shop team with general tasks.
