Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have full valid B-Category UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Capable of physical tasks such as lifting crates.
• IT literate and comfortable with basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Start in-store, plan daily delivery routes.
• Load and prepare van for deliveries, ensuring orders are ready for drop-offs.
• Carry out vehicle safety checks and maintain road compliance.
• Represent the Waitrose brand with high standards of customer service on the road.
• Assist customers with shopping and build rapport through service.
• Support shop team with general duties when required.
