Job summary

Waitrose & Partners is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to bring our quality produce and Partner-led service directly to customers’ doors. You’ll start in-store and take pride in representing the Waitrose brand with friendly, reliable service on every delivery.

Daily tasks include loading and preparing the van, checking routes, conducting vehicle safety checks, and helping the shop team with general duties.

Qualifications

• Hold a full valid UK B-category driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good time management in delivery routes.
• Able to cope with physical requirements of the role.
• IT literate and comfortable with basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Check daily delivery routes.
• Load and prepare the van for deliveries and ensure all orders are delivered to customers.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and maintain road compliance.
• Be an ambassador for the Waitrose brand with strong customer service.
• Assist customers with shopping and build rapport based on service.
• Support the shop team with general duties when required.
