Path Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Customer Coordinator for a well-established construction business based near Finedon. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, offering a friendly environment and a focus on customer service and efficient administration.

You will handle enquiries by phone and email, coordinate equipment hires and off-hires, manage deliveries to customer sites, and assist with invoicing questions while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Essential admin or customer service experience.
• Experience processing and managing orders.
• Confident communicating with customers via telephone and email.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Experience within hire, rental, construction, engineering, merchant or industrial environments preferred.
• Possible progression to permanent after FTC.
