Office Angels in Crawley is seeking a confident Customer Contact Executive to join a busy team on-site. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, gather information, resolve queries and progress cases, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This temp-to-perm role offers 9-5 hours, weekly pay at £12.83 per hour, and a structured intake with training and ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.

Formación

• Experience in a call centre or customer service role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume calls with professionalism.
