Places Leisure is seeking a part-time Contact Centre Administrator in Cramlington to deliver first-class customer service via calls, email and social media. You will handling inquiries from the public, staff and visitors, resolving many queries at first contact while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Service/Contact Centre environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers via telephone, email and social media.
• Willingness to participate in safeguarding and DBS checks if applicable.
