JOB TITLE: Customer Consultant - Cavendish Online

LOCATION: Bristol

HOURS: Full‑time – 40 hours (Monday‑Thursday 9.45am‑7pm, Friday 9.45am‑6pm)

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid. Spend at least two days (40% of your working week) in the Bristol Harbourside office, as agreed with your Line Manager.

You will engage customers, briefly understand their needs and signpost or transfer to the right service.

• Support new and existing customers with their financial and service needs via a range of channels.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Ensure calls and information are accurately processed and adhere to internal and external rules, procedures, scripts, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish rapport quickly and make a positive first impression.
• Identify customer needs.
• Proactively manage workload.
