Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Complaints and Resolutions Handler to manage customer complaints effectively. In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of complaints, ensuring fair treatment and thorough investigations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and previous complaint handling experience. Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous Complaints and Resolution experience.
  • Knowledge of ADR and Section 75.
  • Ability to take ownership of customer queries and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent IT Literacy.
  • Flexibility with working hours and overtime, including weekends and evenings when required.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and proactively resolving customer and third-party complaints and compensation claims.
  • Looking after 35 to 45 customers at one time.
  • Following company policies.
  • Ensuring fair treatment of customers at all times.
  • Completing thorough and objective investigations.
  • Assisting stores with related queries or concerns.
