Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the customer communications and campaign plan.
• Develop and deliver customer communication campaigns across the lifecycle.
• Create clear, engaging communications from complex information.
• Lead campaigns from briefing to delivery, reporting and evaluation.
• Use data to optimise communications and campaigns.
• Ensure communications meet brand, regulatory and data requirements.
• Drive improvement through testing, automation and optimisation.
• Manage governance, documentation and reporting.
• Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud capability enhancements.
