Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Temporary Customer Communications Manager in Rickmansworth. You will plan, develop and deliver customer communications across the lifecycle, with a focus on onboarding, engagement, retention and win-back campaigns.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, plus collaboration with Marketing, Operations and Compliance to ensure compliant, engaging messages. Initial training is office-based, then hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Experience building and delivering campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory information into clear communications.
• Strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the customer communications and campaign plan.
• Develop and deliver customer communication campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Create clear, engaging customer communications from complex business and regulatory information.
• Lead campaigns from initial briefing through to delivery, reporting and evaluation.
• Use customer insight, behavioural data and campaign performance data to optimise communications.
• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Compliance, Digital, Data and Technology teams.
• Ensure communications meet brand, regulatory and data protection requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through campaign testing, automation and optimisation.
• Manage campaign governance, documentation and reporting.
• Support the ongoing development and enhancement of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.
