Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and a polite, helpful attitude.
• Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of IT systems.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a busy workshop environment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to explain complex information.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritise workload and follow defined processes.
• Accurate data entry of customer details.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service requests for service and vehicle repairs professionally.
• Coordinate with workshop and bodyshop to progress work.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoicing processes.
• Inform customers about faults and provide clear solutions.
• Resolve issues empathetically and maintain records.
• Keep customer details and service histories up to date.
• Maintain knowledge of aftersales products and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure customer database accuracy.
