You will work full-time across Chingford and Chigwell branches, delivering friendly, expert service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable attitude and strong communication skills.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

• Basic IT skills and good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Assist customers in selecting optical and hearing products.
• Provide clear advice on frame styles, lenses, and hearing care.
• Process sales and bookings using in-branch systems.
• Support stock management and merchandising.
• Keep the store clean, welcoming and well presented.
• Collaborate with Optometrists and Hearing Aid Audiologists to ensure a seamless customer journey.
