Job summary

Pertemps Crawley Perms on the outskirts of Redhill is seeking a Customer Care Advisor for a permanent role. Working hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with a starting salary up to £31,000pa DOE and free onsite parking.

As part of the team, you will handle enquiries via phone and email, resolve complaints, provide accurate product and pricing information, process orders and returns, and aim to meet service levels and satisfaction targets while spotting opportunities to assist additional

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or care, ideally in a busy phone-based or multi-channel environment.
• Confident handling of customer complaints & challenging situations.
• Calm, professional & empathetic under pressure.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Owns problems and takes ownership.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Investigate issues and find effective solutions.
• Provide accurate information on products, services and pricing.
• Process orders, quotes, returns, refunds & delivery queries.
• Meet response times, service levels & customer satisfaction targets.
• Identify customer feedback and help improve processes.
