VWFS UK is seeking customer-focused representatives to support customers via phone and email across the lifecycle of finance agreements. You will process data, advise on end-of-contract options, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate, timely responses.

The role emphasizes strong communication and adherence to regulatory requirements, with a focus on delivering excellent service and proactive support to customers.

Aufgaben

• Respond to enquiries, mainly by phone and email.
• Enter / handle customer data with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain liaison with other VWFS departments.
• Understand FCA regulations relevant to the role.
• Process end-of-contract options and updates to customer agreements.
• Update systems with account activity.
• Work within authority levels and escalate when needed.
• Switch between processes as required.
• Respond to email/admin queries and use telephony skills to achieve outcomes.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Provide proactive service with strong product knowledge.
