Job summary

CareCo is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join our HQ team in Braintree. This full-time role (40 hours per week) involves handling calls, emails and live chats, updating customer accounts and processing refunds or returns. You will represent CareCo with empathy, delivering excellent service to every customer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chats from customers with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain and update customer accounts.
• Manage and organise refunds, replacements and product returns.
