Country Court Ltd is seeking a Care Enquiry Executive to handle enquiries for our UK care homes. You will listen with empathy, communicate clearly and provide first‑class customer service to families and individuals seeking care options across our 47+ homes.

The role emphasises supportive conversations, information provision and timely CRM logging. Working hours total 35 per week with one Saturday monthly, based at our Werrington site.

Qualifications

• Experience in care environment or contact centre, retail or hospitality is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer enquiries from care seekers via phone, email and social media.
• Provide first point of contact for people seeking care home information.
• Log information in CRM and follow up throughout the care journey.
• Deliver excellent service and support at times of need.
