Job summary
CareCo is hiring a Customer Sales Advisor at our CareCo HQ in Braintree. You will join the telesales team, delivering top-notch service and matching customer needs to our wide product range. There is no cold calling; you will engage existing customers and interested prospects.
We offer an uncapped commission structure, 24 days annual leave, CareMiles benefits, life insurance, free on-site parking, and a strong focus on personal growth. Full-time, 40 hours/week, rotating shifts.
Qualifications
- Strong sales focus with ability to qualify customers for right product
- Inbound and/or outbound telesales experience
- Exceptional customer service skills demonstrated through previous work experience
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills,
- Empathetic, caring and patient approach
- Computer/IT proficiency, with ability to learn and master our systems
Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times
- Handle sales enquiries from new and existing customers with professionalism and empathy
- Contact existing customers to discuss additional products
- Work towards achievement of sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain and update customer accounts
