Evolve is seeking a Customer Care and Sales Support Assistant to join its UK and Ireland team on a full-time maternity cover contract ending December 2027. The role combines customer service, sales administration and operational support, with four days in the office and one day from home, and a Dublin option for applicants.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience handling enquiries by phone and email.
• Experience processing orders with attention to data accuracy.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Team player able to collaborate with dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, and online channels.
• Own customer orders, ensure accuracy, and resolve issues promptly.
• Support UK and Ireland Sales Teams with admin, samples, stock and orders.
• Create Excel reports and assist with routine admin and financial tasks.
• Collaborate across Customer Care, Sales, Operations and other teams.
