Job summary

Scope is recruiting a Customer Care & Sales Support Assistant to cover maternity leave for the UK & Ireland team, based in Crawley (UK) or Dublin. The role blends customer service with admin and sales support, handling queries by phone, email and online channels while assisting the Sales Teams with orders, stock allocations and reporting.

Qualifications

• A-levels or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant degree or vocational qualification desirable.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or relevant administration.
• Must have a valid passport and be available to travel occasionally for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer care via phone, email and online chat.
• Support UK & Ireland Sales Teams with orders, stock allocations and reporting.
• Process samples and literature orders, track data and maintain records.
