Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive for a 14-month maternity cover, based in Slough. You will handle inquiries, process orders and provide product and account information, while driving customer satisfaction.

The role involves inbound and outbound communications, order handling, and upsell opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Office-based, five days a week, with a competitive benefits package.

• Experience in customer service or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product, service and account information.
• Resolve customer queries to achieve first-contact resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Support promotional campaigns and offers.
• Contact lapsed customers and assist retention activities.
• Gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
