Job summary

Radius Limited in Crewe is seeking a Sales Administrator for a 12-month maternity cover. This onsite role runs Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00, supporting UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland teams, driving customer retention and post-sales efficiency.

You will coordinate with Sales, Finance and Operations, administer contract changes, review interactions, and maintain records while ensuring compliance and timely reporting. Prior experience with CRM systems and MS Office is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UK, NI and ROI teams to support retention and commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate between Sales, Account Management, Finance, Operations to resolve customer queries.
• Balance customer needs with compliance throughout the sales and post-sales process.
• Administer contract amendments and changes with accuracy and compliance.
• Review sales calls and post-sale interactions to investigate disputes and root causes.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations and communications in business systems.
• Liaise with internal departments to meet service levels and report on data.
