Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive for a 14-month maternity cover based in Slough. You’ll handle inquiries, process orders and provide product and account information to customers, ensuring smooth, friendly service and timely responses.

You’ll work across phone and email channels, maintain CRM records, support promotional campaigns, and look for opportunities to improve satisfaction and loyalty while upholding our high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Telesales, Retail, Hospitality, or Sales Support roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A positive, customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product, service, and account information.
• Resolve customer queries and issues, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support promotional campaigns and special offers.
