Survitec Group Limited in Dunmurry is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a temporary maternity cover basis to manage quotes, orders and inquiries across multiple channels. You will maintain relationships with allocated customers and collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate information and timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-level or Further Education College equivalent level.
• 1-3 years of experience delivering high quality work unsupervised.
• No formal management experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Provides advanced product and service information and responds to complex customer questions about those products and services
• Records and processes quotes and orders, including custom and special orders that may require additional resources for delivery
• Makes calls to allocated customers to develop new and deepen existing relationships; resolves queries/complaints
• Responds to and resolves complex or advanced issue escalations with approvals as required
• Schedules follow-up actions and updates CRM with call plans and data
• Interviews customers to clarify requirements and documents records
• Delivers exceptional service to encourage continued use of Survitec’s products
• Develops knowledge of Survitec policies, procedures and safety standards
• Helps create an inclusive team environment and uphold Survitec values
• Develops capabilities through training and coaching; stays current with technology and best practices
• Other duties assigned by manager
