A leading medical device company located in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Customer Care Representative to manage inventory and partner with sales teams. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a supply chain environment, along with solid analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and SAP. The successful candidate will help optimize processes and foster relationships with business unit managers and hospital staff, contributing to our shared vision of enhancing patient care and improving health outcomes.

The Field Inventory Specialist will be responsible for processing Capital Equipment orders, monitoring and reconciling cycle counts of hospital consigned and sales rep assigned inventory. He or she will also liaise with the Sales team to ensure compliance with company policies is met and KPIs are reached.
Primary responsibilities will include data analysis, driving optimization programs with local business leads and customers, leveraging existing global tools and data sources.
