Backhouse Housing is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support the Customer Care Manager in overseeing customer care activities across all contact channels. You will act as the main liaison between customers, site teams and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently and improve customer satisfaction.

The role offers part-time, hybrid working arrangements in a friendly environment with opportunities for career progression within a quality-led house builder.

Formación

• Experience in customer service environments is essential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming Customer calls
• Logging and allocation of reported defects on in-house software
• Progress valid defects with staff and the supply chain
• Work within agreed SLAs, varying by contract
• Develop relationships with Housing Associations and Subcontractors
• Communicate with customers via email and telephone
• Handle complaints with sensitivity and consistency
• Follow industry guidelines and standards
