Job summary

Crest Recruitment is recruiting a part-time Customer Care Coordinator for our Chippenham office. You will support the Customer Care Manager, act as the main liaison between customers, site teams and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain service standards.

Experience in customer care with a focus on resolution management is preferred. The role offers a friendly environment, flexibility, and career progression within a growing regional housebuilder.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proven customer experience with resolution management.
• Strong written skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in construction sector desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls.
• Log and allocate reported defects on in-house software.
• Progress valid defects with staff and the supply chain.
• Work within agreed SLAs, varying by contract.
• Develop relationships with Housing Associations and Subcontractors.
• Communicate with customers via email and telephone.
• Handle complaints in a sensitive, consistent manner.
• Follow industry guidelines and standard practice.
