Hiring People is seeking a proactive, organised Customer Care Coordinator to join our Customer Care team. You will be the first point of contact for queries related to remedial works, coordinating contractors and service providers, and ensuring issues are progressed to a satisfactory conclusion.

Reporting to the Customer Care Director, you will need excellent communication, strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) and the ability to work autonomously within a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• Similar experience within the Construction/Residential New Home Sales industry.
• Professional approach and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and active listening.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage expectations.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft applications and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Be the first point of contact for customer queries relating to remedial works.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers to progress issues.
• Ensure issues are progressed through to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Maintain schedules, records and provide clear updates to customers and team.
