Job summary

Assurant is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in Crewe, Cheshire. This is a full-time role (40 hours) with shifts 8:00–20:00 on weekdays and weekends; weekend shifts are on home after training. Training lasts 8–16 weeks on-site.

You will support millions of customers across telecoms and finance brands, delivering excellent listening and problem-solving. The package includes £26,624 per year plus benefits, with 21 days holiday plus bank holidays and a range of wellbeing and learning programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, website navigation, and other software.
• Experience working in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in a contact centre, representing telecoms and finance brands.
• Help customers resolve issues and get back on their feet when devices fail.
• Deliver high-quality service through listening and clear communication.
