Job summary

ArvatoConnect in Datchet is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a regulated service environment. You will handle inquiries, guide customers, and ensure accurate administration with a friendly, professional approach.

The role is full-time on site with a six-week training period, then hybrid after onboarding requiring at least two days on site each week. Start date 12 October 2026, based at Datchet SL3 9LL.

Qualifications

• Able to organise and coordinate tasks in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfort with using email, portals and customer databases.
• Willingness to learn processes and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience with accurate administration.
• Use product and service knowledge to support and guide customers as a trusted ambassador.
• Respond to customer queries around financial settlements and contract changes within a regulated framework.
• Support customers through their full journey when managing changes to financial agreements.
• Approach sensitive situations with empathy and clarity, owning the customer experience from start to finish.
• Resolve concerns with a solution-focused mindset, exploring options for fair outcomes.
• Be a consistent point of contact, ensuring customers feel informed and supported.
• Work with colleagues across teams to meet customer needs effectively and with care.
