Job summary

Marks and Spencer in Royal Tunbridge Wells is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations. This fast-paced, physically demanding role keeps our store running smoothly, managing stock, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes tasks.

You'll be on flexible shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, with an unsocial premium of £3 per hour for hours between 22:00 and 06:00. You’ll work across the store and use digital tools to track stock and deliveries.

Flexibility is vital. From early morning deliveries to shifting stock late into the day, you’ll adapt quickly to keep things moving.
