Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Preston is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations to support stock control, deliveries and the smooth running of store operations. The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, with responsibilities across the shop floor and back-of-house to ensure products are available for customers.

Flexibility is essential for early morning shifts and weekend patterns, with an unsocial premium for hours between 22:00 and 06:00.

• Be fast, focused and proactive, moving products with urgency and accuracy.
