Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Harrogate is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to keep our stores running smoothly behind the scenes. The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, with stock, deliveries and shop-floor readiness at its core.

Shifts include early mornings; Week 1 and Week 2 schedules, with an unsocial premium paid for hours between 22:00 and 06:00. This is a hands-on role for reliable, proactive team players.

You’ll be responsible for stock, deliveries, and all the vital behind-the-scenes work that ensures our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop. There’s no room for delay. You’ll be fast, focused, and always one step ahead, keeping the flow of products moving with urgency and accuracy.
