Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Godalming is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations. This is a physically demanding, high-intensity role that keeps our stores running like clockwork.

You’ll be responsible for stock, deliveries, and all the essential behind-the-scenes work that ensures our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers. Flexibility across the store and use of digital tools are required to maintain availability and speed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to working with specialist cutting equipment.
• Ability to move with purpose in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
