Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to be the backstage powerhouse keeping our stores running smoothly. The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, focusing on stock management, deliveries, and behind‑the‑scenes operations to ensure shelves are full and customers can shop seamlessly.

You will work across the wider store, use digital tools to track deliveries and stock, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards and availability.

Saturday: 04:00 - 08:00

Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
