Job summary

Marks and Spencer plc (UK) is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to be the backstage powerhouse of our stores. This is a physically demanding, high-intensity role that keeps our shop floor running like clockwork.

You will manage stock and deliveries and perform behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure shelves are full, clean, and ready for customers. You will work across the wider store, use digital tools to track deliveries and stock, and be a team player essential to keeping the operation
