Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant to be on the frontline of our busy store, delivering five-star service at pace and helping customers find the right products. You’ll be a brand ambassador who stays calm under pressure and takes pride in your knowledge of M&S offerings.

You’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers, upsell where appropriate, and work flexibly across store areas to meet demand.
