Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring transactions are processed efficiently.
• Ensure stock is replenished daily and rotated.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales.
• Display stock with correct price labels.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Cover the Post Office when required.
• Perform other duties as required.

Job description

Rate of Pay from £11.95 to £13.30 per hour depending on your age & benefits. Part-time position available at 16 hours per week. Availability to cover three shifts per week, within the opening hours of the store, 7:00am-11:00pm, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotationprocess.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success
