You will handle checkouts, assist customers across departments, restock, and ensure accurate pricing. The role offers part-time hours (30 per week) with shifts from 4pm to Midnight on weekdays and 6am to Midnight on weekends, based at SPAR Manse Road.

Pay rates ranging from £11.95 - £13.30 per hour depending on your age & great benefits. Part-time position available at 30 hours, working within the hours of Monday to Friday, 4pm to Midnight and Saturday and Sunday, 6am to Midnight. Availablity to work to Midnight is essential for this role.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Working within a range of departments including Fresh and Produce, ensuring that stock is replenished on a daily basis while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
  

Skills for Success
