Henderson Group is recruiting a Customer Advisor for EUROSPAR Downpatrick. You will assist in daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, handle checkout transactions, and help keep stock replenished and well-presented.

The role requires flexibility across store hours, with shifts starting early and finishing late. Training is provided and a supportive team environment is emphasised.

• No prior retail experience required, training provided.

Customer Advisor - EUROSPAR Downpatrick - 6 Ardglass Road, Downpatrick, Co. Down, BT30 6JQ.

Pay rates ranging from £11.95 - £13.30 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.

Positions available between 8 - 37.5 hours per week, working within the opening hours of the store, Monday to Sunday, 6am to 11pm with a degree of flexibility required.

Various shift patterns in store 6am - 6pm, 2pm - 11pm and 5pm - 11pm. Shift patterns will be discussed at interview stage.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office and fresh department when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
