Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor for our SPAR/MAXOL service station in Ballymoney. You will assist in daily store operations, help customers with product information, operate checkouts accurately, replenish stock, and maintain pricing displays.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings to midnight on weekdays and weekends, with a range of benefits and a friendly team environment. Training is provided. Equality of opportunity is pledged.

Responsibilities

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure stock is replenished daily and merchandised to enhance sales.
• Ensure items are displayed at the correct price with Shelf Edge Labels.
• Provide high level of customer service at all times.
• May cover the Post Office when required.

Customer Advisor

Pay rates ranging from £11.75 - £13.10 per hour depending on your age & Benefits. Part-time position available 12 hours per week, working evenings to midnight Monday - Friday, & 6:00am - midnight Saturday & Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Working Hours

Part-time position available 12 hours per week, working evenings to midnight Monday - Friday, & 6:00am - midnight Saturday & Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to discuss working hours and shift patterns in further detail at Interview.
