Henderson Group is recruiting a Customer Advisor for EuroSpar Rathgael Road in Bangor. This part-time role offers 15 hours per week with morning, evening and weekend shifts between 6:00am and midnight.

You will operate checkouts, replenish and merchandise stock, and maintain accurate price labeling while delivering excellent customer service. Some posts may include cover at the Post Office; flexibility is essential, and full training will be provided.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Availability to cover morning, evening & weekend shifts within the hours of 6:00am – midnight, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Please note, flexibility to work until midnight will be required for this role.
