Job summary

Henderson Group in Newtownards is seeking a Customer Advisor to support daily store operations and deliver high standards of customer service.

You will operate checkouts, stock shelves, merchandise and price items, and may assist at the Post Office. Flexible hours include weekends; full training provided.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required; training provided.
• Team members with personality, energy and a positive attitude are valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring transactions are processed efficiently and timely.
• Stock replenishment daily while complying with stock rotation.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales and ensure correct pricing labels.
• Maintain high level of customer service at all times in-store.
• May cover the Post Office when required as part of the role.
• Other duties as required for the role.

Positions available between 8 and 37.5 hours per week. 8 hours per week - Availability to cover weekend shifts within the hours of 6.00am - Midnight, Saturday & Sunday.
37.5 hours per week - Availability to cover morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts within the hours of 6:00am - Midnight, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success
