Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor at EUROSPAR Maghaberry. You will assist customers, operate checkouts, replenish stock, merchandise displays and ensure accurate pricing. Flexibility to cover mornings, evenings and weekend shifts is required.

Training will be provided, and you will join a team focused on delivering excellent service across our NI stores. The role includes potential Post Office duties and a supportive work environment.

Pay rates ranging from £11.95 - £13.30 per hour depending on your age & great benefits.

Part-time position available at 25 hours per week, working within Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 11:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required. Please note, availability to cover morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts will be expected.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
