Henderson Group is recruiting a Customer Advisor for Spar Moat, 104 Moat Street, Donaghadee. The role offers 16 hours per week, with 6am to 5pm shifts from Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends.

You’ll assist in daily store operations, advise customers, operate checkouts, replenish and merchandize stock, and may cover the Post Office as needed. Up to £13.30 per hour, depending on age and benefits, with training provided to help you deliver excellent service and a positive customer

Formación

• No prior retail experience required; training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to and understand customers' needs, and advise on products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily and follow stock rotation procedures.
• Merchandise stock to maximise sales and ensure correct shelf labeling.
• Ensure all stock is displayed with correct prices and shelf edge labels.
• Deliver high levels of customer service at all times and cover Post Office when required.
• Perform any other duties as required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to:

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
